Absolutely delicious

Marinated with lemongrass, ginger, chilies , garlic and a splash of soy sauce and then just barely griddled to appreciate the sashimi quality centre.

Tuna saku refers to a specific cut of tuna that has been trimmed and portioned into rectangular blocks. Yellowfin tuna is a popular type of tuna that is often used for saku cuts. When purchasing yellowfin tuna, it's best to look for wild-caught varieties, which are typically considered to be more sustainable and have a better flavor than farmed tuna.

When selecting yellowfin tuna saku, look for blocks that are bright in color and have a firm texture. The tuna should have a mild, slightly sweet flavor, with a tender and flaky texture when cooked properly.

Yellowfin tuna saku can be prepared in a variety of ways, including seared, grilled, or used in sushi rolls or poke bowls. To ensure the best flavor and texture, it's important not to overcook the tuna. Yellowfin tuna is also a good source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids, making it a healthy addition to your diet.

When handling and storing yellowfin tuna, it's important to keep it refrigerated and use it within a day or two of purchase for the best quality. Enjoy your yellowfin tuna saku!
