BKB Sweet Chickpea Shiro Miso 1kg Pouches
This is one of our only plain white soybean miso’s from the entire range. Not completely traditional, but this miso has been fermented for 5 months. It’s got slight roasted notes, being a shiro miso style it is a on the sweeter side and has a really nice mellow flavour that’s got a nice balance of sweet, savoury and salty.
